本片内容为2008年出现在电视里和网络上的各种各样人和事的各种各样的表现、表演，以及就此而来各种各样的报道、 评论、描述、专题等等。其实这些事情就发生在每个人的身边，所以每个人也会有自己的看法、观点和评判。2008年已经过去了，可那些曾经发生过的事情依然在上演，所以似乎每个新的一天都是昨天，从这一点来说“2008年”似乎总也过不完。This film is a collection of various activities and performances of all kinds of people, as well as all sorts of reports, comments, descriptions, and topics following.
