The teenager was badly hurt when he was hit by a car shortly after starting a football scholarship in the US. Despite his life-threatening injuries, just months later, Ethan, accompanied by a posse including his knee surgeon Gordon MacKay, embarks on a 1200km charity cycle ride. Martyn Robertson’s film follows them as they aim to take the Scotland squad's pennant from Hampden to Munich for their opening European Championships match against Germany. Inspirational indeed.
