And it came from my country, surprisingly. I don't like Brazilian cinema very much, but this film is one of the most intelligent comedies I've ever seen. Everything is top notch... Brazilian humour at its best. Narration is great, and most actors do a very good job, including my countryman Guilherme Karan, and actor whose work I generally dislike.Im surprised this director remains an unknown... he did an excellent job! The circus scene(the clown who found out that his wife was having an affair with the high wire guy) is one of my favourites of the 90s. I also like the vagina-queue scene.AwardsBest Film - Jury People in the Festival of Brasilia 1994Best Film of Festival Brasilia Assembly in 1994Best Writing of Festival Brasilia in 1994Best Director in the Festival of Gramado 1994Best Film - Criticism of Gramado Festival in 1994Best Film - Jury People in Gramado Festival 1994Assembling the best of Gramado Festival 1994Best Editing in Gramado Festival 1994Best Film Festival in the Rio BR 1994
